We provide tailoring, clothing alterations, bridal & formal dress alterations, and custom garment adjustments.
We offer:
Bridal gown alterations
Bridesmaid and prom dress alterations
Formal wear adjustments
Custom sewing work
Repairs and restyling
Fittings and consultations
All work is carried out with professional care and craftsmanship.
All fittings are by appointment only.
You must arrive on time for scheduled fittings.
If you are late, we may need to shorten or reschedule the session.
Additional fittings may be required depending on the garment and complexity of the work.
Quotes are based on the information and garment condition presented at the time of consultation.
Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if the garment changes after the initial fitting.
All prices will be discussed openly before work begins.
Payments are due at the final fitting or upon collection of your garment.
We accept cash or bank transfer (adjust depending on your options).
A deposit may be required for extensive or custom work.
Garments will not be released until full payment has been received.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a fitting:
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Missed appointments may incur a fee due to preparation time and booking slots.
If your measurements or design requests change after work has started:
Additional charges may apply
Extra fittings may be required
This includes weight changes, pregnancy, or new design requests.
By using our services, you agree to:
Bring the correct undergarments and shoes to every fitting
Inform us of any changes that may affect the fit
Collect your garment once it is completed
Garments left uncollected after 90 days may be donated, recycled, or disposed of due to limited storage space.
We will always handle your garments with the highest level of care. However:
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by fragile fabrics, pre-existing faults, or poor-quality manufacturing.
We are not liable for changes in garment fit caused by body measurement fluctuations after fittings.
In rare cases where a garment cannot be altered to the customer’s expectations, we will always advise this before starting work.
Due to the custom nature of alteration services:
All alterations are non-refundable.
Once work has begun, labour time cannot be reversed or refunded.
If there is an issue with the workmanship, please contact us within 7 days and we will review and correct it if appropriate.
With your permission, Nice Alter may take photographs of completed work for use in:
Portfolio galleries
Website examples
Social media
Marketing materials
Permission will be requested verbally or via message before any images are used.
